@Saz Cet été à Tokyo, j’ai eu une session avec une photographe japonaise Saz pour renouveler mes photos. # # #   作曲家の仕事は、舞台に上がらない裏方だと思っています。 とはいえ、リモートでの仕事が増え、また AI も作曲するこの時代、「こんな人が作ってます」と作り手の顔が想像できるって結構大切なことかもな、と思ったりもしています。 前口上はこのくらいにして。 自分がプロフィール写真として載せている画像、数パターンあるのですが、どれもかなりの年数が経ってそろそろ別人の領域に近づいていることに気づき、よし、撮り直そう！と決意。 撮影は 7 月上旬都内某所にて。今回撮影をお願いした Saz さんとは不思議なご縁で、としか言いようのないご縁で知り合いまして、知り合ったきっかけの他にも共通の話題や趣味が尽きず、たぶん止める人がいなかったら何時間でもお話ししていられる仲 … なのですが、限られた時間で撮り終えねばなので、到着後即仕事に入りました。 @Saz @Saz モデルさんの撮影風景の動画を何度か見たことがありますが、まさにあのような感じ（ただしスタッフさんとか居ない。撮る人、撮られる人だけ）（撮られる人がド素人） 体験してみて思ったのは、リハーサルに少し似ているということ。撮る側（作曲者）にはおおよその完成図が見えていて、照明を微調整したり、言葉をかけて撮られる側の表情を引き出したり。もちろんですその場で実験的なこともやってみたり。 正直照れもめちゃめちゃありましたが、終始楽しかったです。 @Saz Saz さん、プロフィールの他にもイベント·演奏会写真も撮っていらっしゃるそうです。 彼女の SNS はこちら FB　 facebook.com/saz.photos/ Instagram　 instagram.com/saz.foto ホームページ  luzz.org 頼んでみたいけどいきなり連絡は … という方がいらっしゃったら私経由でお話できますのでお知らせください。

L’une de mes oeuvres “You were not there, not there, you” sera jouée à Tokyo le 28 novembre, dans le concert organisé à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de dix ans de l’Association Franco-Japonaise de la Musique Contemporaine. JAPON ET FRANCE, Localisation actuelle de la musique  https://afjmc.org/fr/japon-et-france2023/ 11 月 28 日、日仏現代音楽協会主催『日本とフランス 二国間の「音楽の現在地」 vol. 2 』にて拙作の “You were not there, not there, you” が演奏されます。 平野啓一郎さんの短編小説「あなたが、いなかった、あなた」を読んでいて浮かんだアイデアをいくつか音楽に投影した作品で、その後さらに編成の大きい作品 Nowhere, but now here に つながっています。 2011 年、フランスの片田舎ヴィルクローズで開かれたアカデミー滞在中に書いた曲で、今回機会をいただいて楽譜を見直したら、クラングフォールム·ヴィーンの精鋭音楽家に音にしてもらうという僥倖と緊張感、一方で、滞在していた部屋に携帯の電波が届かないとか、気分転換に散歩に出たら歩けども歩けども畑で不安になった頃にようやく出会ったのが山羊だったとか、日常と切り離された日々を夢の一コマのように思い出しました。

©Saz Born in Japan, Yumiko Yokoi studied composition, music theory and orchestration at the Kunitachi College of Music in Tokyo, at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, then completed her training of composition and electronics in master's degree at the Haute École de Musique de Genève. She also followed the computer music course at IRCAM in 2009-10.
